The fitout included the removal of the various internal fitouts and interventions that originally compromised the internal spaces and reinstating the original internal spaces to including full height ceilings and unobstructed windows. New works inserted to respect the original character and retain the volumes of the internal areas.

Key features of the upgrade include:

  • Upgrade of existing building to include change of use
  • New compliant amenities, seismic upgrade and new services throughout
  • New offices and open plan work areas, robotics laboratory and communal multi-purpose central space.
